The 2017 Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli Hypercar

2017 Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli

If Mazzanti is an automaker you have never heard of, that is because it has been on the DL, and it is relatively new, launching its Evantra, the company’s first offering, in 2013. That was a car that began in 2008 with the first concept being shown in 2011. Fast forward to this month and the Evantra lineup has expanded to two—the Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli.

This thing is a beast. Power comes from a 7.2-liter, twin-turbocharged V-8 engine making a menacing 1,000 horsepower. The engine pumps out 885 pound-feet of torque. A sprint from standstill to 60 miles per hour takes just 2.7 seconds. Top speed is said to be a license-losing 225 miles per hour.

The styling is nothing short of spectacular. It looks like nothing else from Italy right now, and we are looking at you, Ferrari. The design is angular, with the upright design that deviates away from today’s sleek hypercar design. Everything about the exterior was designed for performance and aerodynamics. There is no scoop or crease misplaced in this design.

Inside, things are a different story as we have not seen it just yet. We expect the interior to be an evolution of what is found in the mundane Evantra with several new lightweight and performance-oriented bits. Expect the interior to be as extreme as the exterior.

Production for the 2017 Mazzanti Evantra Millecavalli will be limited to just 25 units. And expect them to go for a pretty penny. This hypercar is insane. And we want one right now.
