2021 Audi R8 RWD Panther Edition

The limited edition Audi R8 RWD Panther is coming exclusively to the States. Flush with unique details and features, this sinister-looking mega car only has 30 available units for a competitive North American market patiently awaiting its arrival in 2021.

The Audi-exclusive Panther black paint tricks the eye using crystal flakes of purple in a rich black coat. From afar, this car is jet black and menacing, but up close it has a unique purple hue against the light. There’s also black carbon-fiber detailing and sports exhausts, plus blacked-out Audi emblems for a sleek, Batman-esque look.  The best part? A bold red accent on the wheel, wrapped in the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tire.

As you open the door, illuminated colored inlays will greet you while you slide into coupe-style seating with swirls of black and red scattered throughout the details of the interior. Red leather seats give off racing vibes, along with other nods of crimson like the stitching, steering wheel and gear shifter. In terms of tech, this exclusive supercar has 13 Bang & Olufsen speakers embedded throughout the car, plus full LED headlights and taillights with dynamic turn signals for sleek-looking turns and transitions.

These cosmetic upgrades, plus the exclusivity of the units available for purchase bump the price of the Panther about $40,000 above the regular R8 RWD. Based on your selection of  V10 versus V10 Performance model, this limited edition Audi R8 for sale clocks in between the $169,900 and $195,900.

Like the regular R8 RWD, the Panther Edition uses a 5.2-liter FSI dialed down to 532 horsepower and 398 pound-feet of torque. Looks aside, this limited edition R8 RWD ramps up from 0-60 in just 3.6 seconds and hits a top speed of 201 mph.
