Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport Revealed

Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport

Bugatti recently revealed another exciting new special edition Chiron. The new Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport will be limited to just 60 examples. The new variant benefits from a lighter chassis and more of a focus on downforce for cornering and winding roads. The Pur Sport gets a close-ratio transmission, high-performance tires with a new material mix geared towards extreme grip as well as an flexible chassis and suspension setup.

An exciting new split paintwork design was developed for the Pur Sport. The bottom is a carbon fiber panel while the top half is painted with the choice of a custom centre-line and accents. The rear end of this supercar is highlighted by a 1.90 meter rear wing, along with a more aggressive rear diffuser combined with a distinctive 3D-printed titanium exhaust tip.

The interior is finished in Alcantara which helps reduce wight. Patterns have been designed on the Alcantara door trim panels. All trim and controls are made exclusively of either black, anodized aluminum or titanium. The magnesium wheels are unique to this variant and feature an optional aero blade. Each of the lug nuts gets a special cover that reduces turbulence.

The Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport is powered by a 8.0 liter W16 engine that creates 1,500 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque. Due to the higher levels of downforce, the Pur Sport tops out at 350 km/h. Bugatti hasn’t released any performance details aside from the claim that the Chiron Pur Sport accelerates from 60 to 120 km/h almost two seconds faster than the standard Chiron.
