New Audi e-tron GT Offers All-Electric Performance

Audi e-tron GT

Looking for an electric family-friendly sedan that’s a lot of fun to drive? The Audi e-tron GT might be just the vehicle you’re searching for.

With nearly 470 horsepower and over 460 foot-pounds of torque, the Audi e-tron GT is no slouch. It can hit sixty in less than 4 seconds and tops out at more than 150 miles per hour. Handling is reported to be excellent and the two-speed transmission is welcomed. Many electrics offer only a one-speed transmission. Once you’re at speed in many electrics, they’re often slow to push further. That’s not the case with the Audi e-tron GT owing to the two-speed transmission.

Audi e-tron GT Interior

The Audi e-tron GT offers four doors and a spacious interior, making it a comfortable family car. The interior is comfy and surprisingly “normal.” These days, many interiors are stripped down and arguably too zen-like in their simplicity. While bare interiors look nice, they often feel a bit impractical. That’s certainly not the case with this Audi.

The Audi e-tron GT isn’t a cheap vehicle, costing six figures. Still, the driving experience  matches up with the price tag. And the refined, rounded looks are perhaps a bit subdued but classy nonetheless.

Audi e-tron GT Review

There is one major downside to the Audi e-tron GT. This all-electric has a range of under 240 miles per charge. Given how long it takes to charge an electric car, this is especially worrisome. The Audi e-tron GT won’t make for an easy long-trip companion, but if you’re just cruising around town, it’s a great ride.
