Squadra Corse Reveals One-Off Lamborghini SC18

Lamborghini SC18

Lamborghini has just revealed it’s first one-off project, the Lamborghini SC18. The supercar will be built by Lamborghini’s racing division, Lamborghini Squadra Corse, in partnership with Centro Stile Lamborghini to create this magnificent Lamborghini that most car enthusiasts could only dream of. The exterior color is featured in a Grigio Daytona paint partnered with a Nero Ade Alcantara interior with cross-stitching in Rosso Alala. The Lamborghini SC18 is full road legal, however the owner currently has plans to use it mostly on the track.

Squadra Corse used it’s experiences in the motorsport world to develop an aerodynamics system that has never been used before outside the racing world. In terms of design, the front hood and air intakes are styled from the Huracan GT3 Evo, while the side and rear fenders, fins and airscoops are modelled after the Huracan Super Trofeo EVO. The perfectly styled rear wing looks like an evolution of the Veneno, it really helps define the overall look of the SC18. There are also 12 air intakes that pierce the rear hood, increasing cooling for the V12 engine.

Now for the good stuff, the Lamborghini SC18 is powered by a 6.5 liter V12 engine that pushes out 770 hp at 8,500 rpm with 720 Nm of torque at 6,750 rpm. Power will be delivered through an ISR (Independent Shifting Rod) optimized seven-speed gearbox, something Squadra Corse installed to separate this from the other average supercars floating around. The low ground clearance is a result of the Carbon fibre body panels and unique exhausts, a small price to pay for this automotive masterpiece. Lamborghini is planning to build additional one-off supercars under the Squadra Corse brand going forward.
