Horacio Pagani has always had an eye for design but the new Pagani Huayra Roadster BC is one of the most striking cars to ever take to the road. Long, sleek, and stunning, the Huayra Roadster BC is an all new model that has been redesigned from the tires up and should go down as one of the fastest production cars ever.
The Pagani Huayra Roadster BC weighs just 2,775 pounds. Pagani was able to achieve this low weight by using the company’s new Carbo-Triax and Carbo-Titanium composites for the chassis. These ultra-light weight composites are exceptionally strong and among the most advanced materials ever used in car manufacturing.
The Pagani Huayra Roadster BC will be powered by a Mercedes-built V12 engine. Each cylinder will be equipped with three valves. In total, the engine should crank out 800 horsepower and 775 ilbs feet of torque. Interestingly enough, the torque arrives at just 2000 RPM, which should make for a quick launch.
Want to see the all new Huayra in real life? You’re in luck, the car will be on hand at Monterey Car Week. The new Pagani will make its first appearance at The Quail, and is expected to be on hand at the Concept Lawn at Pebble Beach.
